  • I am not receiving a confirmation code

    Hello, I am trying to update the settings and I was going to deposit some $ on my wallet but I am not getting any confirmation code, neither to my email or my phone.

    I know these are the registered email and phone because I received emails before.

    How can I solve this issue?

    Thanks for reaching out. Please attempt resending the confirmation code as a voice call, the option to do so should appear after about one minute. If this method does not work as well please let me know and I'd be happy to assist further.

      I have the same problem ... I tried the SMS and the call and the 2 do not work, usually it works well but it must be 4 or 5 times that I try again and still nothing.I tried with paypal and it works, maybe the platform bug ... please help me

        I apologize for the inconvenience. We were experiencing an issue with our SMS provider which is now resolved. You should be able to receive the confirmation code without any issues. Let me know if you have any other questions or concerns, I'd be happy to help.
