    This is my 2nd or 3rd transaction and it wasn't instant. And this time it says to send photo and ID again? What's up? Thanks.

    Hi Wilbur,

    Thanks for reaching out. The system should only request re-verification if your account details have been changed or a new payment method is used. In these cases you should not need to upload additional documents, simply wait for our approval staff to verify your account once again.
