How many customers whose money you promptly accepted, have to beg for a response before someone at xcoins gives a dam???
This is busch league, and there's no excuse for not responding to this many inquiries.
To quote Pink Floyd... "Is there anybody OUT there?!?!?!"

I mean yea, cmon. Tell us we were scammed or fix the glitch. But do not allow users to purchase bitcoin and not be able to withdrawal it. You’re going to screw the sellers as well if people rightfully chargeback their purchase. I hope the buyers give you guys enough time before they start the charge backs because only the seller gets screwed and that is just wrong.

Keep in mind it was the weekend and this seems a bit small scale but a business of this type never closes there is always transaction happening at any given moment so some sort of support should be around always... this is beyond fishy. last resort is to contact the lender from Paypal for a refund or dispute your payments as scam/unauthorized if we do not hear anything soon.

Sorry for the inconvenience, many customers experienced issues withdrawing Bitcoin or creating an account over the weekend because our SMS service provider was down. The issue has been addressed and it is now back online. However, customers using Google Authenticator were not affected by this issue. We strongly recommend our customers consider switching over to Google Authenticator for its reliability and security over SMS-based Two-Factor Authentication.
